Camping Program Permits Kids to Reconnect with the Outdoors
Posted August 16, 2011This summer, the Lassen Park Foundation, National Park Foundation and National Park Service combined efforts to provide Northern California youngsters with new camping experiences in Lassen Volcanic National Park. Though ranger led activities, youth participants were able to make a personal connection with their natural surroundings.
